We have a shoeless house so this small benchshoe organizer is perfect without being in the way. It would hold 8 pairs of my size 7 shoes or 6 of my BFs size 10.5. Only his flip flops will fit on top (my sneakers and low heels fit fine). High heels or don’t fit here and I doubt men’s size 11 or larger would fit. The cushion is loose and optional. We will likely add an adhesive if we don’t swap out. I addd contact paper inside to help with wear and tear. What a cute little foot stool for my entry-way!!!! We installed the Wall Cabinet (that we also got from Wayfair during Cyber Monday Deals) a little higher on the wall so that the foot stool fits underneath and is still functional (to put on your shoes) .
