Really nice looking and great quality. The black with brown trim looks great with my light colored walls and dark wood cabinets. One challenge is the rods are challenging to work with when mounting to angled vaulted ceiling. Need to be patient. We had to adjust a couple times but turned out great! I bought 3 of these. Two for kitchen island and one above kitchen sink. All angled vaulted ceilings. Bought matching horizontal light for over the table. Look at my other reviews.. Kelley. Independence, Kentucky. These are lovely lights. I purchased 3 to hang from a high cathedral ceiling. The fabric has a very soft pattern that I believe helps to diffuse the light. Although the fabric appears a bright white, and depending on the bulbs you pick, when they are on, it is soft and muted. We put ours on a dimmer, and they can be bright or a really soft accent. At night, stunning. These are very elegant and I feel they can be used in any setting from mid century, to traditional. In my case, it is transitional. These are semi flush mount, and I needed them to hang about 3 feet lower, so we were able to find matching brass rods and the connectors and it looks wonderful. Great value. All 3 arrived well packaged and no damage.. Charisse. Scottsville, VA. Sun Jul 19 2026
