This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. This light is perfect in my closet! With an 8' ceiling, I needed something that was semi-flush so it wouldn't hang too low in the closet. This one is beautiful and just what I needed. One note, you do need candleabra base bulbs and the pointed ones are better than the round ones. I only had round ones, and I was able to use them, but one of two of them are really tight when I put the glass discs on the arms. I got LED bulbs, so they don't get hot, but I still don't recommend the round ones.The finish is as it looks in the pictures. It's beautiful brushed brass that is not too yellow. This Chandelier is jaw dropping when put in the right place. I put it in my master bath, recessed ceiling and on a dimmer. I made it a different switch from the recessed lighting.
