Delivery was fine until I noticed, moments after they left, that one of the men had apparently cut himself and left drops of blood on the floor as well as smeared on my glass door. I just received this so have not put it to the test or washed it. So going on the fact that it is brand new, I really do like it. It is plush and it clings to the sofa and doesn't shift around.
