Instructions for installing are inadequate. Had to improvise for stability and fit, lucky to have a husband with tools who is able to do so. Once the finished product is completed however, the gate looks great. I really like how it locks to maintain privacy in the backyard since we have a pool. I like that my dog can see through the slats and that the wind passes through them without causing force on the gate.. Lisa. Wed Oct 07 2026

High quality gate- but your description dimensions are wrong so I had to leave the wheels off to get it to fit by less than an inch. Please correct this. Gate measures 84.5 inch high. The wheel add another 3 inches making it too large. There is a gauge in one of the crossbars at the top. Not a big deal but it did not happen in shipping. See photos. Overall fits my needs. Send me a gift card for the issues.. Robert. Key Largo, FL. Mon Sep 11 2023

Protective gates increase the security and value of your home but no one wants to get out of their car or truck every time they come home to unlatch and wheel one. This sliding gate opener kit works with any sliding driveway gate (or sliding garage door!) up to 1400 lbs. and 40 ft. long. Two remote controls are included to operate it up to 98 ft. away as you drive or jog home and the smart gate opener closes automatically after opening. (It can be adjusted as needed to close 15, 30, or 45 seconds after opening.) For large families and use by gated communities, the control panel also supports up to 18 additional remotes as well. Ours include a RF hopping code to prevent spoofing and protect your family from unauthorized entry by tech-savvy intruders. In the case of power outages or other emergencies, you (and only you) can also manually release the gate using the specially provided keys. What are you waiting for? You are only a gate opener away from improved property values and a safer, more tech-empowered life! (Do note that this opener works on level ground and is not suitable for gates that slope from one side to the other.)

This garden gate, featuring a perfect combination of strength and elegance, makes an ideal entry point for the fence around your garden or patio.

I bought two gates and they look fabulous.. . Very easy assembling. Just need someone's help to hold the pieces, otherwise any adult can assemble it. Got all the nuts and Allan keys for assembling, but i used another key for easy handling. Be careful when handling it as it is very easy to get scratches. Very nice gate . All my neighbours were so impressive on the designs... There are few bits to highlight for the improvement of the future products. 1) Some parts (Poles) were not finished well as there were some dents (un even surfaces - bit bad finishing) 2) The lock tongue direction is wrong. we usually open the gate to inside and the tongue direction should be the other way round which we cannot simply adjust with rotating the panels, etc, because of the design. 3) Do further more designs, So will have unique design for most customers... Beautiful gate! I’m still installing it. It’s missing a screw for the latch, so that’s a trip to the hardware store. The posts in the ground are very short so I will need to pour cement for it to be stable. Good price for a Plow and Hearth product. FYI-Their items usually need protective coats against rust..
