Nice chair. Very soft and comfortable. The fabric feels soft, but definitely faux leather. The feature that allows the sides to go down is nice and will be lovely when sitting for long projects. Nice chair, the seat is a bit firmer than I expected but it was easy to put together. The arms can be a little finicky to get where I was but just something to get used to. When I first unboxed it I thought that it was broken but once I put the chair together everything started working.
