Assembly is so easy, even a teenager can do it! The assembly directions are simple and easy to follow and the end result is a sturdy dresser. The unit was well packaged and arrived with no damages. The drawers are wide but a bit shallow and don't hold as much as we hoped, but we have extra space thanks to the matching chest of drawers. Being a novice fixing a drawer, it took me a bit to figure out how to separate this into 2 parts for install since there were no real instructions. I eventually figured out that you just had to forcefully yank them apart as their is no lever or catch for release like most drawer slides I've dealt with. After that, it was a simple install. I did have to search for flat small screws to install as they are not included with this slide. The only down side is that you have to pull so hard that it actually pulls the attached slide off the bottom of the drawer since there is no way to attach it tightly to thin wood bottoms. It seems sturdy enough, but we will be careful with this file drawer and never pull it fully out again...Not much left to reattach it to. Harry 3 Dresser arrived today and the box looked a little wet and damaged in the corner, but all peices were okay when I opened the box. It took about a couple hours to put together, the instructions were good, but with one exception of the rolllerbar on the drawers is incorrectly pictured in the manuel. The roller should be at the back of the drawer not in the front. Not sure why they have this incorrectly pictured. Other than that, I am satisfied with the dresser. It looks great and is well built..
