I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. I purchased this mattress topper to add firmness to my 2yr old memory foam bed. A little about the product. It was delivered rolled up, plastic shrink wrapped in a well protected box. Once the plastic is punctured the topper expands fairly rapidly. In about an hour it was full size. The topper is a bit larger than my queen mattress, but not overly so. There are straps in each corner to keep it from sliding around. They easily slipped out but I decided to run them beneath the bed frame and now they stay in place. The topper has added a welcome firmness to my bed. I can honestly say Ive been more comfortable and have slept better. Overall it ls a good addition if your bed is a little worn or soft.. Eric. The packaging was simple and easy to open, which I appreciated right away. Unlike some boxed mattresses that practically explode the moment the plastic is cut, this one expands in a much calmer and safer way. It slowly drew in air and took about two hours to really look like a mattress, then continued settling overnight until it reached its full shape. Comfort wise, this mattress definitely lives up to its extra firm description. It has very little give, yet feels supportive rather than hard.
