Edited- I originally gave it 3 stars as pad was not thick enough. However, over time it has gotten thick and now I am using it all the time especially on the couch because it feels super soft. Worked well for our studio vacation rental, where people occasionally don't read the description and don't realize it only offers one queen bed until they walk in! This will fold away into the closet under the stairway when not in use. All the tools needed to assemble the bed are included in the package upon delivery. We had to flip the footboard to where we were putting the headboard to make the holes match - so before you panic, try that! Camping cots sure are an upgrade to the ground or an air mattress. The tautness of the cot provides a firm base to sleep on. The mattress pad adds a little cushion but is not of of a firm design. Even though it is an XXL I would imagine someone talllarge could still feel limited in having enough room to toss or turn. I am Petite and sleep on my side in fetal position. I did feel a little restrained in how much I could curl up before my knees were off the cot. The headrest of this bed is slightly elevated which I liked in leu of packing a pillow though it may be uncomfortable for those with neck problems. Really a quality product . I feel like this chair will last for years. These are amazing. We have used them for camping and they’re incredible. Right now they’re in my living room being used as “furniture” while we wait for a new couch to arrive . This turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I needed. It was quick and easy to assemble, and the mattress is truly 5 inches with good-quality memory foam-my Pops says it’s very comfortable and said he doesn't need a mattress topper. It’s easy to open at night and store in the morning, rolls smoothly without scratching my floors, feels sturdy with the wheels locked, and fits perfectly in my small living room closet. I’m very pleased with the quality. For extra peace of mind, I did purchase a thin rubber floor runner to roll it on when moving it to and from the closet, and I added quarter-size felt pads under the legs for additional floor protection. This mattress is great! I bought the queen size 6” for our Murphy cabinet bed. This fits perfectly on it with no gaps and easily stores inside with no issues. I am excited to review this piece because it all worked out so beautifully for me. I needed this rollaway bed for company during the holidays, and being that this folds up and moves on wheels, it was the perfect choice for us. I was also glad it included a memory foam mattress with a nice washable removable cover. However, when it came, the mattress was the wrong size and 12” too short. Now allow me to talk about customer service for bit: if you ever have to return something, go through the online process first, not the chat, the return process. It asks you questions and documents the facts. I waited about three days to get a solution, and they “called ME”. Wow! It was so nice to have a real person inquire about my problem, and want to resolve it with me! Five stars to Wayfair just for that! Another mattress was sent in about four days, it fit nicely, and the problem was solved. And that is the way customer service should work!! Now on to the product. I really liked the all-metal frame. Even children could not destroy this. It was super strong and supportive. It took me about an hour to put together by myself and all hardware tools came with the project. Nothing was very difficult. Make sure you remove all the plastic caps from the ends of the bars (2nd pic below), and make sure when you attach pieces you are doing it all the same way, face up or face down (3rd pic below). Those are my only hints with construction that would have saved me some time. I really like the portability and ease of a folded bed you can just store in the closet and forget. I received the 2 pack camping cots. They are very easy to setup and very sturdy. They came with a cushioned pad and bag for storing them. I ordered two of these beds for extra Thanksgiving guests. They were delivered quickly. The quality is overall very good. I was concerned when I initially opened the package and found dents in several of the struts. It turned out these dents had nothing to do with the strength of the product (see photos). I am a small 58-year-old female with reasonable mechanical ability and assembled the beds by myself. One of the beds had a wrench that did not fit. I have options in my tool chest, but fortunately the wrench in the other bed fit fine (see photo). My guests found the beds comfortable. They are narrow, but large enough to be adequate for a few nights. I set them up in the exercise area of my basement, and really had plenty of room.
