It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said.
