This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. Cons: The back rest cushions are probably more thick than they need to be. This causes a pretty shallow sitting length and your thighs will hang off the front most likely. The underside of the small pillows I received have a very differnet looking grippy section that I haven't found functional or tasteful. The product is good, just not aesthetically great. It’s truly aesthetics only. The delivery drivers assembled it for me and the Serta cushions create a firm but comfortable loveseat /full bed. The “trundle” below the seat slides out allowing the 3rd section of bed to be accessed. I’m not a fan of the fabric loops, and tuck them into the closed trundle. Please consider re-engineering this to increase the aesthetics. Based on my desire for the best experience of my guest, I ordered high end full size sheets. I was surprised that the size of the convertible bed is smaller than a full size mattress. The bed is large enough,… and the “few inches off” isn’t a huge deal, just an annoyance. The boulce fabric I chose may not wear well. I hope I’m wrong. If the fabrics and colors were all available, I would have chosen the smooth leather like fabrics in a dark color. So easy to put together even by yourself--only need to attach the arm rests and legs. No tools needed as.the screws and hex key are provided. The hardest part was taking it out of the box (or in my case, ripping the box away from the couch). As a couch, it feels great if you like stiffer support, like I do. If youre looking for a cloud to sit on, this aint it. Similarly the bed portion is kinda of stiff for sleeping but its easily solved by a mattress topper. Its super easy to fold and unfold, but mine didnt come with directions, so here are some tips. To flatten it to a bed, unfold the seat to flat first. Then unzip the pockets in the back of the backrest and unbend the legs for the backrest. After, gently pull the backrest forward first (like the backseat of your car when youre trying to get to your trunk from the inside of your car) and then push it all the way back to the floor. If you want to recline, you have to pull it up to the desired angle from the flat position. Note, the back has a huge exposed zipper (see pic) so if you dont put it against a wall, youll probably want a throw blanket or something else to hide it. Fair warning, it seems smaller than a twin in terms of width so larger guests and guests who roll in their sleep may feel uncomfortable with the width. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. I went back and forth between the neutral colors and the green and I’m really glad I chose the green. It’s a beautiful olive shade in person and not nearly as bright as I was worried it might be. It adds some color without taking over the whole room and looks great with our wood furniture. It’s also ridiculously comfortable for lounging. The seat is much deeper than our old couch and I can actually curl up on it without feeling cramped. We’ve pulled it out a few times for movie nights and there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The cushions were a little compressed when it arrived, but they filled out nicely after sitting for a while. I also appreciated not having to put together a million pieces when it arrived.
