Managed to set it up by myself, took a little over an hour. Exactly as pictured yay! Honestly not bad overall, the screwspieces were easy to install. Hardest part assembling solo was getting the pieces out of the massive boxes and lining up the pieces with the hooks to attach everything together. Would be easier with someone else but all in all, manageable as one person! Would def take less time with 2 people. Too early to tell on how it holds up over time but like everyone states, it is very firm but I personally would prefer a firmer couch versus a previous Wayfair couch I had which was advertised as a movie lounger and was MUCH softer, causing you to sink it in over time therefore it did not hold up very well. Giving it 5 stars for now but will update if anything changes.. Nicole. Salt Lake City. Sun Oct 11 2026

After trying out this Sleep Sofa at the Lazy Boy store, I was happy to see it offered by Wayfair. Although Wayfair doesn’t allow you to customize fabric selection, I was fine with the neutral color it came in. This “mini sectional” is adjustable for left or right chaise. It wasn’t as firm as I remembered from the showroom, but, that could be due to the difference in fabrics. Delivery was fantastic- they brought it in, setup and removed the debris promptly. The one thing I would really love to see in future Lazy Boy products offered by Wayfair is the option to upgrade the cushions ( in my case, upgrade mattress).. Anonymous. Sun Jun 28 2026

I am in love with this couch, the only funny thing was the right side was harder to assemble but the left side was a breeze. I was actually happy it came separately and I did them both on different days. The second assembly was so great I don’t even care how long the first one took me haha. I little larger than I expected but I love it. Jackelyne. Jersey City, NJ. Fri Sep 18 2026

This is an amazing sofa! Looks so great in our office! Purchased bouchle grey and it’s beautiful! Had guests over the weekend and they said it was extremely comfortable! Perfect full size bed and so easy to convert the sofa to a bed in seconds. Keely. Sun Sep 13 2026

This multifunctional sofa combines comfort, storage, and flexible layout in one. In daily use, it’s a stable, supportive centerpiece for the living room; when you need a break, a gentle pull expands it into a spacious sleeping area, instantly turning the living room into a “temporary bedroom.” The chaise can switch between left and right to adapt to different floor plans and traffic flows: read by the window, place it against a wall to free up a walkway, or pair it with a coffee table to create a cozy viewing zone. The thick cushions and pillows provide solid support for the back and waist, keeping you comfortable during long chats, work sessions, or binge-watching. Armrests with built‑in storage and side pockets keep throws, remotes, and tablets out of sight for a cleaner space. Picture this: a weekend movie night where you recline the back, pull out the bed, stretch your legs, and grab a throw from the armrest; or a friend staying over—set up the bed in seconds and, the next morning, close it back into a neat sofa—effortless and elegant.

Assembly took a few hours with 2 people. Part labels were inconsistent. Very firm - we’ll be adding a foam pad for sleep. Overall a decent spot to put occasional overnight guests.. Caitlin. MN. Sun Jun 07 2026

Spills or stains can be simply wiped off using a damp cloth or sponge. Comfort is assured with its high-density foam and polyester padding. Additional support from the webbing underneath ensures a non-sagging feeling common with sofa beds. An easy open and close mechanism converts the sofa into a sofa bed without much effort. There is no need to remove the seat or back cushions as it folds unto itself during the conversions. All-night comfortable sleeping is assured with the kiln-dried independent left and right mattress base. Convenient storage for pillows, sheets, and blankets makes it a fluid process without having to worry about storage of these in a separate area. The mattress cover is removable and washable to ensure its sanitary upkeep. Two matching pillows are included to complement the ensemble. The wet-wipe clean technical fabric is made of polyester and incorporates a treatment that allows stains to simply be wiped off using a wet rag. The fabric is also woven in a way that it resists scratches. This is ideal not only for families with young children but for pet lovers as well. The design of this sofabed incorporates thoughtfulness from its easy open-close mechanism, and its supportive birch slat mattress base to its mattress which is a piece of solid 5” polyurethane foam. No springs, squeaks, or lumps. The mattress is covered in a removable and washable cover, fresh and ready for the next guest. Timeless in design, this model which is handcrafted in Italy by artisans who have honed their craft over many generations, will provide many years of comfort and enjoyment. Made in Italy with quality components by skilled craftspeople.

Color is very good, grey. It really is cat proof, no pulled threads and makes into a bed very easily. It is very firm but may soften up. Best having slats and straps, no bar to make it uncomfortable. Jo. Colorado. Sat May 30 2026

The perfect hosting solution for your apartment or home office. Let’s be honest: finding a sleeper sofa that actually looks like a high-end piece of furniture is tough. We designed this 63-inch loveseat to solve that. During the day, it’s a stylish, Mid-Century inspired sofa with deep-tufted back cushions and a rich brown faux leather finish that mimics the look of expensive vintage hide. It’s compact enough to fit into a studio, a condo, or a home office without overwhelming the room. But when guests stay over, it transforms into a full-size bed in under a minute. What makes this frame different is the foundation. Instead of flimsy wooden slats that can creak or break, we used a heavy-duty metal mesh base. It provides much better air circulation and level support for whatever mattress you choose to add. Plus, the premium faux leather is totally life-proof—spills and pet hair wipe away with just a damp cloth. No stress, no high maintenance, just a smarter way to use your space.

This sleeper sofa looks nice and is as described. The bed is a little bit hard and not extremely comfortable and the faux leather is pretty shiny. I still think it looks nice in our office.. Erica. Georgetown, TX. Mon Jul 20 2026

Meet the Stearns & Foster Luca 83 in. Queen Sleeper Sofa with 8in Pocket Coil Mattress, Beige! Featuring beautiful Beige upholstery, split back cushions, and contrasting wooden legs - The Luca is a contemporary masterpiece. Hidden beneath, you'll find an 8" pocket coil mattress that can be revealed easily to accommodate overnight guests. You'll also find comfort in its sofa form as its spring, fabric, and foam seating provides optimal comfort. In addition, pine wood and plywood make up a solid and durable frame for ultimate support.

I purchased this sleep sofa for my family room. If I need an extra sleep space for guests, this is what I selected. My number 1 reason for selecting this sofa is because it’s from Stearns Foster. I already own a mattress from them and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and comfort. I purposely sought out Stearns Foster to see if they even offered sleep sofas. I was pleased to see they did and also the mattress is more substantial at 8” thick versus many that are much thinner. The seating is firmer than many standard sofas, but that is to be expected when there is a mattress tucked into the sofa. For anyone who struggles to stand up from a sitting position, this sofa does make it easier to get up. Overall quality is excellent!. Gayle. Maine. Thu Aug 28 2025
