I’m pleasantly surprised by how convincing the faux leather looks — it gives the appearance of real leather without the high-maintenance feel. The chair itself feels sturdy, well-made, and overall great quality. One of my favorite features is the lift function it’s especially helpful on the knees and makes getting up much easier and more comfortable. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. Recliner came quickly. All other recliners would take weeks to months to receive. So I chose this one, got here in days. Suggest having someone there to accept packages, it came in 3 boxes - not on the same day. One box which was "extremely" heavy & I could not lift by myself. Suggest setting up delivery time with FedEx. It took my friend only 10min to assemble. It is a perfect size for me. I am a 5'6" female with "extremely" long legs. The foot rest is extended & fits my legs that are the same length as my 6'2" brother's. Where my feet rest on the "extension" portion and it does not cut me off at the ankles (with my feet dangling & unsupported as most other recliners do). Looks nice & is sturdy, the massage feature is amazing, the heat feature is warm not hot like you may envision. The motorized features are extremely helpful and offer a plethora of positions. I slept in it last night! I have a back injury currently and it is helping already. The cell charger is a great added bonus. I would not say it a "Tall Man" Recliner. It was flat on the ground in the weather, box torn, I was able to set it up right but it was too heavy to get onto the porch it was left next to. This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. Exceedingly pleased with my purchase. Outstanding value for the phenomenal purchase price, many wonderful features including Generous sized hidden "cubbies" in arms, quality built, cup holders both sides, USB charging ports & nicely sized side pockets on BOTH sides. Disappointed with assembly service offered. Many reschedules due to no one available. Stated to be easy no tools required assembly, but due to my mobility, dexterity & strength issues would NOT be easy for me UNDERSTATEMENT. I was barely able to get the 3 boxes into my home. They offer nothing in the way of removing my old chair, which I certainly am unable to do. Plus, I have to UNBOX & inspect it‼️ This chair states it is for the ELDERLY‼️Now just how do they expect an elderly person to accomplish that❓ Basically, I NEEDED to do everything but put it together. I essentially paid for a person to waltz into my home snap the chair together & leave for the close to $100.00 I paid. I believe that to be a bit steep. Also, & this is NOT Wayfair's fault, but there is NO physical manual that comes with this chair, it NEEDS a physical & INFORMATIVE manual‼️A manual can be found online but it is USELESS‼️NO instructions re: function of either controllers. Amazing chair! Clearly I haven't been living my best lounging life because this is like the Cadillac of recliners. It is unbelievably soft and plush. The heat, massage and adjustable headrest are so nice. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my back hurts a lot and this helps relieve a lot of tension. Very nice chair and very easy to assemble. It comes in one big box and just has to be put together (back attached to bottom and two cushions on armrests).
