We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. We ended up needing to replace all 4 feet to ensure that the bed would sit level. Otherwise, very good quality, beautiful design.. Caitlin. Plymouth, MA. Thu Jul 23 2026

Furthermore, when the order arrived, the box was in terrible condition it was torn, and it didn’t even include the screws.. Katherine. Sun Oct 18 2026
