The color is excellent what I hoped for. Looks great in my home took my boyfriend a long time to put together. It is firm but not in a bad way. Don’t like how thin the back looks tho. Lakeitha. Long Beach, CA. Thu Sep 17 2026

This is the first time I’ve shopped at this store I hadn’t heard good things, but I took a chance and decided to see for myself. I am delighted with my new sofas after long, hard hours of work, rest is essential, and these are perfect. They have so many great qualities—the only downside was that the packages arrived on different days—but otherwise, everything is excellent. Anonymous From Maryland. Maryland. Sat Sep 19 2026

This couch is better than I expected for the price. I like that I can move all the cushions so they don’t just wear in one spot. It was a little firm at first but has absolutely become more fluffy. It’s a great size.. Chelsea. US. Sat Sep 19 2026

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

We picked this one because all of the cushions have removable covers. With kids and dogs, it it’s important we can wash all of that. Only thing I’m worried about is if you accidentally tries to sit on arm of couch it could break.. Misty. Mon Oct 12 2026

5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan. They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

Nice couch, very big and very comfortable. The only reason I give it 4 stars is it’s only been a year and the fibers are already peeling. Also dog with claws will tear it.. Brooke. Reno, NV. Tue Oct 06 2026

Love my new couch it is small but at 5’2 fits me perfectly. I don’t feel like a child sitting in an oversized chair. We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!.
