We were moving, so although this bed came with white glove delivery, we were unable to have them set it up before as it needed to be moved to a new house. Because of that we had to build it ourselves. Unfortunately, a couple pieces of the hardware were not delivered with the bed, including 24 feet of the bed, but it was an easy enough fix to go get them from a hardware store. Love this bed! High quality frame and the linen upholstery is perfect! I’m only giving 4 stars because the headboard was missing the correct bolt attachments so I had to go to the hardware store in order to assemble.
