I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. I especially like the reversible ottoman because it can be moved around to create different seating arrangements or used as a footrest or extra seat. Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. This sofa looks absolutely amazing in person and is well worth the value! I’m really happy with the overall look and feel. The only issue I ran into was during assembly. The platformbase that goes underneath the cushions doesn’t seem to sit exactly where it’s supposed to. I believe it will still be fine to sit on and use, but it’s definitely something worth noting. I also ordered the matching loveseat and had the exact same issue with that piece, so it doesn’t seem to be isolated to just the sofa. I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially.
