Sitting Angel Legs Crossed Statue

Few things are more timeless and beautiful than the angel statue, which is why we have taken so much time designing and curating the Trinx Magnesium Garden Angel Collection. Each statue is expertly crafted with the finest attention to detail and textures. We named this beautiful angel Cassiel representing the angel of all overlooked and weakened people, including orphan children and the poor. She is full of kindness and compassion - and will invoke these sentiments wherever she's on display. Her dress even doubles as a birdbath or birdfeeder! Place her out in the open for all to see and enjoy, humans and animals alike.

This product is hand-chiseled out of recycled steel oil drums by Haitian artisans using techniques first developed by Georges Liautaud in the late 1950s when he chalked out his first design on a flattened steel oil drum and then cut it out by hand with a mallet and chisel. As each piece is handmade, their final dimensions and finish may vary slightly.

The showcase of the Louvre still thrills viewers today as Nike, Winged Victory, presides over its grand staircase. This scaled rendition of the goddess of victory with angelic wings spread as she landed on the prow of a ship is thought to be announcing the Rhodian naval victory over Antiochos III. In 1863, Charles Champoiseau, a French amateur archeologist, began a series of excavations in Samothrace, Greece, and found the somewhat intact statue. By 1884, the Goddess of Victory statue was restored by the Louvre. This Design Toscano masterpiece of Hellenistic Art sculpture is mesmerizingly detailed from draped fabric to extended goddess wings. Cast in quality, fiberglass-reinforced designer resin, for year-round display in a home, garden, or restaurant, this classical masterpiece boasts an exquisite, faux limestone finish.

One of the most popular images in European art, this grand-scale, museum-quality sculpture pays homage to the Renaissance work by Reni. With outstretched wings and strong diagonal lines indicated by the thrust of a sword, this investment in quality art depicts St. Michael defeating the devil.
