Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. These arrived this week and were incredibly well packaged for safe shipping and are very well built. These are made of wood, not particle board. The installer is a cabinet maker and he was very impressed with how well packaged these came. Even while they were packaged very well, the center drawer’s face has a split in it. REALLY pretty! Especially for this price point. Everything is straight and the doors are extremely adjustable when installing. It’s a charming piece. I took a star off because the hardware could be better. The knobs are so teeny tiny and they overlap. I feel this cheapens the look. I can’t replace them because other knobs are too large. Additionally, the black knobs do not match the overflow cover, which is chrome. I wanted a black faucet to match my knobs, now I have to use chrome which cheapens the look again.
