This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . Fantastic purchase! First think is this is big and tall. Be prepared to get a lot of sand. I bought 300lbs. and it took it like nothing. Locate and place base begore filling for sure. The umbrella itself is wonderful. It is beautiful and covers a large area and just looks luxurious. It opens abd closes with ease. The 360 degree turning is also easy and a great feature. I am so impressed! This thing is absolutely huge! And once you get the hang of it it’s very easy to maneuver. Definitely do not skip the instructions to add 5050 sand and water in the base. It’s extremely durable and very heavy, which makes it feel sturdy and secure. One thing that isn’t obvious in the product images is that the base is also massive. As you can see in my photos, it has a large footprint, so you’ll want to plan your layout accordingly. That said, the quality is excellent. At the 300 price point, you truly get what you pay for.
