Great quality set - seat cushions feel comfortably sturdy and high quality (what you might expect for top of the line) the frame is elegant and the fabric feels really nice. The beige color is really quite light (a bit glaring in the sun! Wish I had gone with dark gray) but looking back the close-up photos are not inaccurate, so my mistake. They still look great and everyone loves the texture. The first stain has been easily dabbed out with soap & cold water. Exactly as shown in the picture. I needed one without a firepit as it was going around one I already had. The seat cushions are slightly on the firmer side, but they're also brand new. This set arrived in several boxes and was a little daunting once we broke into them. It took about 5 hrs to assemble them all. The parts fit well together. Some of the screws are tedious due to their location, but luckily they are all pretty similar in build. Once you build one, it's basically rinse and repeat.
