This set arrived in several boxes and was a little daunting once we broke into them. It took about 5 hrs to assemble them all. The parts fit well together. Some of the screws are tedious due to their location, but luckily they are all pretty similar in build. Once you build one, it's basically rinse and repeat. Lovely full grey cushions in a soft greige color, wonderful adaptability for placing the sections. I went with a chaise sofa and one arm chair with cup holding end. Perfect for our small balcony. It's big but not too big. Great purchase particularly at sale price. Today is raining so that will be a test on the waterproof / all weather promise.... Update: A year in and this is the biggest disappointed of a purchase. For a large sum of money this does not live up to any of it's promises. It says it's waterproof and long lasting, apparently all year around. Yet, despite taking care of the cushions and storing them indoors for winter, this spring has brought out the worst in this set. Water pooling is resulting in mold. Also, the once fluffy over-stuffed cushions look saggy and unkempt. We have a south facing balcony and everything else does great. Not this. This is a great sectional. You can arrange the pieces in any way that you want. We have set it up with three pieces on the right and one on the left to fit our space. The roughly 5" cushions are comfortable and supportive. The seats are deep enough too. Be aware that the seating surface is lower than a typical chair by design.
