Here’s my honest take: The contoured shape really does wonders for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my usual morning stiffness. The Serene Foam is pretty impressive - it’s supportive without feeling like you’re sleeping on a rock. One thing that really stands out is how cool it stays throughout the night. I tend to run hot, but this pillow doesn’t trap heat like my old memory foam one did. It’s like it breathes or something. The cover is nice and soft, and being able to toss it in the wash is a big plus. I was a bit skeptical about the whole “Active Air Technology” thing, but I have to admit, it seems to work.
