Designed and engineered in the United States, this cookware features a durable, PFOA-free, 3-layer nonstick interior that is tough enough to withstand metal utensils and holds up to everyday use. Signature cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees F, so it can go from the stovetop to the oven for heating and cooking versatility, and stay-cool stainless steel handles provide heat resistance when cooking on the stovetop. Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Discover professional-level precision and performance with Calphalon Signature, and experience superior cookware that's built to last.

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel 10 Inch Fry Pan. Designed for home chefs who value quality and performance, the Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel 10 Inch Fry Pan is built for precision cooking and lasting durability.

It does the job well enough. But it’s a learning curve when used to non-stick pans as you have to let it heat up properly first. However, once you do this, it does a great job. One issue I have is I have to use a cleaner (Bar Keepers Friend) to get the stains out. Otherwise it’s fine.. Samuel Frank. Vandalia, OH. Sat Jun 06 2026
