It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. As soon as my husband sat in it, we realized the issue with the arms. To remedy this, I bought two bolster pillows so my husband can rest his arms on them. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which of I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box. quality I have many issues with the recliners I purchased. I liked them at first, but after using them for a time, I feel very differently. My husband and I are 73 years old. These are manual recliners, that require STRONG PUSHING to get them to recline. Often, I am unable to do it, which ruins the purpose of a recliner. Also, once it is reclined, it will not stay all the way back. It keeps partially creeping to a sitting position again. I wish, at my age, that I had the opportunity to sit in more recliners before I purchased these. They are very unsatisfactory for our daily life. I don’t remember the exact dates they were purchased and then delivered, but I am very unhappy and disappointed with their ease of reclining and comfort. “Very, very stiff is how I would describe them, and extremely uncomfortable. I have tried various pillows and blankets to soften the feel, but none of these measures has helped. What can you do for me? How can you resolve my dissatisfaction and discomfort with these chairs? I somewhat feel I was very foolish to purchase such an important piece of furniture, where comfort is key, without sitting in them first. Once they were purchased and delivered, I thought there was no recourse for me, but I should have contacted you immediately. Fantastic chair! Solid. Quality. Easy to assemble. Did not have to fight with it to get it to go together. Power reclining mechanism is smooth. very pleased. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse..
