I should have read the item description better. They are very small but they do the job I guess. It keeps the pan from touching countertop but by raising it a bit in the middle, it doesn’t cover the bottom of the pan. I feel it might work well and it does take up less space. I wanted a non-toxic plastic-free cutting board that was flexible to allow easy dumping of chopped food into pans, etc. Food grade silicone seems to be the best option, and this board has held up well after 2 weeks of daily use...knife marks are shallow with no signs of cutting through.
