Works well in my space. It is NOT 73". It is 68". The description needs to be revised. The sofa would have been too big. If you're a large person, the seat cushions will sink in about three inches, lowering the overall height of the seat. I do love the fact that they are very firm. It makes it easier on these old knees to get up! The throw pillows are HUGE! I won't be using them as they take up the entire seating area. The reversible cushions are a definite plus. The love seats are lovely. They are a bit hard to sit on and with three pillows, one can barely fit two people. I found the dimensions on the website to lead me to believe that a sofa would be way to big, but now, I see the love seat smaller than I thought. They are beautiful, the cushions a stand out.
