This sideboard is great quality! The colors are great exactly what I was looking for. The amount of storage is abundant and the right cabinet has an adjustable shelf to allow flexibility. I hit a snafu when building this. Instructions were very easy to follow and all parts were labeled well. When I got to step 11 the page was blank along with the next page. I didn’t have instructions for steps 11-14. I called and they responded quickly but did not have a pdf they could send me. Since I had all the parts laying around my family room I decided to start from the back of the instructions and group the pieces together so I could narrow down what pieces were from the missing steps. I was able to figure out where they went and continued to complete the building process. I absolutely love the look and how sturdy it is. Nice quality piece of furniture. The granite top looks darker online, but like another customer stated, could be just the differences in the natural granite. Mine was more of a light cream colored. I purchased the kitchen island in the European Cherry, and it smells like it was just stained prior to it being shipped. It is beautiful and worth every penny! I am using it as a coffee station. What you don't see in these pictures, because I have this up against a wall, is that there is another set of cabinet doors on the other side so that you can get to the cabinet on either side of this kitchen island. Easy to assemble and overall satisfied with the island. Took away a star because one of the side panels was broken when removing it from the box I had to glue it and wait for the glue to dry before assembling. We like this cart but the granite top is not secured to the bottom half of the island. Also, the cabinet doors don't close properly so we've tried to adjust the hinges and one side is fine but we can't seem to get the other side to close without the doors rubbing each other. This was perfect for me. Redecorating in Victorian gothic and this worked. Each piece and bag of parts were clearly labeled. I only used my power screwdriver to assemble. I did it by myself. The only frustrating part I ran into was aligning the top piece but with some non lady-like words and a few prayers after, it worked out. One thing that would have been a bit helpful is from one step to the next on the instruction graphics, is if the previous used parts were grayed out. Sometimes I had to stare for a minute to figure out what I did and what was new. The cabinet is sturdy. One thing to note is that it seems to pick up all the fingerprints.
