The system is beautiful. Very stylish and sleek. Somehow I missed when ordering that it's a push-button system, which is really cool! Super easy to turn on and off and switch between the three different functions. It is called out, but just to confirm: you can use multiple features of the system at the same time. Some systems only allow 1 at a time. This one allows you to choose any 2 or 3 at once. The one thing I'm noticing after a month of use is that a couple of the parts seem to be losing their finish. A bit of a watchout there.. Trevor. Toronto, ON. Thu Jan 22 2026

I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. The Zline customer service is challenging and did not respond to multiple messages inquiry about the defective part.. Valerie. Brooklyn, NY. Mon Dec 18 2023

Waterfall 22-inch large shower head, hand shower, and 6 body jets with novel button design, all buttons can be turned on at the same time or separately, switch three functions by the button to give you a different shower experience. Simple and easy to clean, the anti-scald thermostatic valve controls the temperature and water flow very well, especially for children and the elderly. Provide you with a pleasant showering experience.

UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this installed in my new shower a month ago and I love it. The rain showerhead doesn't have a ton of pressure but I wasn't it expecting to, it's still super relaxing. The wand is great for more pressure to wash my hair. We have a pretty big oversized walk in shower and I love that the wand is adjustable on the bar, I can lower it to wash my dog and the hose to long enough to reach the whole shower to wash it. It's great quality and I love the color, it's what I was looking for!. Shower. Iowa. Thu May 30 2024
