The product is extremely unstable and therefore unsafe, even after full assembly. It is intended to support walking, but the constant shaking undermines confidence and makes it unusable. In addition, the height is not adjustable to a lower setting; even the lowest position appears suited for someone over six feet tall, making it impractical for average users.. Muna. Nepean, ON. Super product. Easy to assemble and very secure and safe after installation. As a suggestion, in order to adjust height of grab bar, could suggest adding an adhesive grip that can be put between grab bar and handle so it stays secure when it’s tightened. Anonymous. Sat Aug 15 2026

PROS: A quadruple win: Great quality, value, size and sturdiness! Does NOT overwhelm shower space and was easy to assemble (Phillips screwdriver needed) without assistance. CON: The "tiny" screws provided to attach the back to the chair are much too shallow to give you confidence that the back is secure (see photos). I managed to find longer screws that gave me peace of mind that the back is securely in place. Overall, I am very pleased. Thank you, WayFair!. Lisa. Toledo, OH. Fri Aug 14 2026
