This Delta Shower column is great! Very sturdy and well made. The flexible hose is very nice and stretches very far. The adjustable handheld holder and diverter are plastic, but feel robust and solid. I used with existing Delta shower head and Hansgrohe Handheld. You will need to be very handy if you are going to install by yourself. Install requires to drill four holes into the back. With title, that can hard if you don’t have right tools and experience. This corner shower bench fits perfectly in this new walk in shower. We were in need of some extra storage for bath & body products as well as a place for more comfortable shaving. This checked all the boxes. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a pain to assemble. The allen wrench did not have enough clearance to get a full turn so it was a tedious process going 1/4 to 1/2 turn at a time to get all three legs attached in two spots. We first bought another shower base for basically the same amount of money. When it arrived, there was no way we could have the contractor install it. The supporting ribs were visible and there were other manufacturing flaws. The company we bought it for basically said tough. So we found this one and order it. Wow what a difference! This is really a nice little bench. It’s actually a nice looking bench with a storage shelf under the seat. There could be many uses indoors or out for this bench. I ordered the 18”x24” and I am using it for an outdoor bench. My husband had no problems putting it together and he was very impressed with how solid and strong it is. I like that the seat is straight instead of curved like most shower seats so that you can set things on it with no problems. It cost a little more then some benches but well worth it. Karen.
