Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future. The texture which mimics stone, perhaps slate, is fantastic. Like most shower pans, this one gets set in mortar and promises to be quite "solid". Really looking forward to the finished bath.. Dale. Most shower doors are built around standard sizes. The Classic EV Series is built around precision. Instead of forcing your space to fit the door, the EV Series lets you choose the door that fits your space — inch by inch. This precision-driven approach creates a cleaner look, a better seal, and a more refined finished result. Designed for modern bathrooms, the EV Series pairs a minimalist frameless appearance with materials selected to perform in real-world, high-moisture environments. Every detail is engineered to feel solid, operate smoothly, and maintain its appearance over time. The result is a shower door that doesn’t just look premium on day one — it continues to feel intentional, balanced, and well-built every time you step inside.

Luxury shower surrounds at an affordable price for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight and easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility with the other substrates might need testing. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel and applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” thick continuous silicone bead around the panel about ½” from the edge to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Went up easy enough, looks great no issues with product. Installation tip, remove plastic covering from edge before attaching corner and side trim. Harder too do after installation.. Andrew. St Catharines, ON. Tue May 05 2026
