We’ve had this shower panel for about 2 weeks now. We like that the hand wand comes ready to hang no need to do any additional work. The water pressure has felt great which is one of the things we’ve most liked. What disappointed us was the discrepancy with the picture. The body jets have a different finish and look plastic. Also compared to other shower panels around this same price range, this one has a lot of plastic parts in the back, whereas the others use metals and feel sturdier. Other than that it fulfills its purpose and so far has worked great!. Paola. Miami, FL. Mon Aug 17 2026

It seems like a great unit. I look forward to having it installed and used in my additional bathroom. It came in a timely fashion. It will be a different method to use since the mechanics allow for a remote and app which i am not accustomed to.. Leonard. MA. Fri Jul 17 2026

This is the most amazing shower set up EVER! My plumber could not believe value and quality for the money. Every detail meticulously laid out. Truly spectacular; he's installed dozens with the twice the price tag and he says they did not even come close to the craftsmanship of this unit. All stainless steel, too. The shower looks nice, it arrived faster than expected, but must be since it came from Miami and I live 2.5 hours away. The instructions need improvements, they are not very clear as to what to use to put it together and drill on the tile. The shower handle feels very cheap, they could have use better plastic. Enclosed is a cap that I did not know what to do with it and the tech support had to think about it too. Then they told me that they enclose it in all of the retrofit showers whether it is used or not. The shelve is attached with bolt that require a hex wrench, however it was not included, I have set of the wrench’s and I could not find that fit it after hustling I was finally able to tied it. Also the company should include better anchors and enclose at least one or two. I had to use stronger ones that I bought at HD. It is not hard to put it together once you find a way to do it. It looks very nice once it is on the wall, I wish it was a way to have the shower head and the panel going together. I like it!!!. Anonymous. Thu Dec 12 2024
