It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head. Was nervous about this purchase but I love it. It looks so pretty. I think I surprised my contractor though because of the two showerheads and the handheld all located on one wall. My original was a basic 1997 tub/shower combo. So we only had one tub faucet and one shower head. Converting to a luxury walk-in shower, I knew I wanted some bells and whistles. This shower head was not very difficult to install but I can’t get the part where it connects to the hose to stop leaking (pictured) when using the hose.
