Easy enough to set up, although the instructions keep telling you to make sure you place washers where they need to go- but check if there's one already placed (if you place another, it's going to leak!); Apart from that, my only grievance is that the water keeps dripping from the shower head for a solid minute before it completely stops, which is annoying, but not that big of a deal.. Ok. I ordered a different item, 2 days later I checked on the delivery. The web site said the item was canceled. Mayfair did not contact me about the cancelation. I order this part. This shower head was not very difficult to install but I can’t get the part where it connects to the hose to stop leaking (pictured) when using the hose. It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head.
