The chair overall is a good product. It is a great comfortable senior assist/handicap shower chair since the seat is a mesh material and water flows thru. However the pictures on the box show 2 different generations of the chair. One has a safer rounded front edge and the other what the actual chair looks like a sharp edge from the seat material. The first 3 pictures show you this. Lastly, the last picture is about the leg height button locks. I had one of these i was borrowing before i bought this one. The buttons that hold the legs in place is sort of rectangular with strong springs. Picture also attached. The new one had round buttons with a weak spring. I am somewhat concerned they might not hold the legs in place. I called moen customer service about all of this and they didn't seem concerned or very thankful i any way. The chair was purchased for a family member and when I attempted to put it together there was a nut missing for the one bolt provided. What was provided was cap nut which did not work for the length of the bolt that was provided. This required a trip to a store to search for and purchase a nut that worked for the bolt provided...not that it was an expensive purchase but it was an unnecessary trip and delay in assembling the product that should have had all the necessary parts.. The dimension information is a little misleading or not inclusive enough. I really wanted a larger seat which I thought the dimensions indicated.
