I ordered blue, but the string color looked more translucent gray than blue. Im not too picky about this color, so it was fine with me. I was hoping that the string lights would gradually change color like a mood light, but unfortunately it doesnt do that. It changes color in the blink of an eye. I do like that there are many options for colors, even seasonal ones. Theres a couple that show all the colors as well. You do have to choose a color from the top half of the remote for it to show with the light settings on the 8 bottom buttons. These work okay for me, they're cute and all, but it's not quite the "warm white" I was expecting. These are a very clear white. The battery pack at the end of the string is also the size of a 1990's pager. I was looking for something to use inside mini lanterns, but don't think these will quite work because of the size of the "pager." I'm going to keep them, though.
