NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS: these are the shades you're looking for. For the price point, I was expecting slightly flimsy shades, but they are surprisingly sturdy and look like expensive custom shades. I was able to install two of these by myself in roughly a half hour, as a non-handyman who had never installed shades before. They snap right in if you just follow the directions and line up all the mounting hardware half-decently. No excessive force or creative work-arounds needed. Disclaimer: at my own risk, I didn't follow the sizing instructions to the letter and ordered my shades longer than recommended. My window frames clear the shades I got by 1\8"-3/16" rather than the recommended 1/4", and I risked having to send them back in order to get a truly snug inside mount fitting, as I am very light-sensitive. It ended up working out perfectly for me, but if you want to do the same, order at your own risk and quadruple-check your measurements before checkout.. Abbey. Portland, OR. Wed Oct 21 2026

I expected the fabric to be a little thicker but I’m very pleased with my curtains. Gave me that French cafe feel I was looking for. The navy blue color is spot on. There are two ways to hang them. The second hole allows for an extra inch ruffle at the top. But I used the top one eliminating the extra ruffle because I wanted the full 18 inch coverage on the window.. Susan. Laurinburg, NC. Twilight features an innovative wrap-around design that helps prevent light leakage by allowing your curtain or drapery panel to rest directly against the wall. Wrap the panel around the curved end of the rod and tuck it behind the bracket to eliminate exterior light from seeping in. Twilight has a strong and stable 3/4 inch diameter, constructed to hold curtains from light to medium weights, with a maximum capacity of 22 lbs.

This was very easy to install and exactly what I was looking for. I had a issue with light creeping through the gap of the wall and drapery before, but the problem has been solved with the sleek design of this drapery rod. The return at the ends allows for your drapery curve back towards the wall removing light creep at the edges. The double rod is also very helpful at providing the option of what kind of lighting I want throughout the day. During beautiful days I have everything open, when I want light but a bit of privacy I close the inner layer that has sheer drapery and when I want to sleep in I close my outer layer of blackout drapery.
