These were exactly what I needed for my shoe organization a top my wardrobe. Delivery was as expected. Packaging was a little beat up but no damage. I purchased 3 of the smaller size and they were boxed individual then all 3 were boxed inside a larger box. Easy to put together. I put all 3 together in 20 mins. Giving it really 4 stars since quality isn’t the greatest but serves my purpose. The screw hole covers are stickers instead of the usual plastic push caps. We’ll see how long they hold up. Love this shoe bench. Perfect size for the area I bought it for, the walk through from the garage into the house. Shoes were always left on the floor to trip over and now they can fit neatly in the shoe cubby holes. My husband's size 13 shoes also fit. Love it and highly recommend this product. It took me a while to put together but that was because I kept getting pieces backwards. Totally my error and not due to the instructions. They also included extra pieces which was very thoughtful. This shoe rack was beyond necessary for my closet I share with my husband. My closet has a lot of space for long dresses which I don’t have a lot of, so there was a ton of wasted space. I do, however, have many pairs of shoes and not a lot of room to store those, so this shoe rack was the perfect addition to my side of the closet! The one and only thing I don’t love is the fact that I have to bend the top of my booties to be able to make them fit on the shelves - but it doesn’t bother me to do that, so I’m completely satisfied with my purchase! I'm very happy with this product! It fits perfectly in my under the stairs cubby and really organized all of my shoes. Assembly was SO easy- very straight forward. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it doesn't feel the most sturdy, and the columns don't connect. But I think I will zip tie them together as an easy fix. I love this new shoe cabinet. Prior to this new cabinet we had open shelving and our entry area looked so messy. This tucks everything away so nicely and holds a lot! It was pretty easy to put together by myself, maybe took about an hour. The hardest part was putting on the doors, balancing it while screwing the door on was a bit challenging, so another person to hold it for you would be a plus. It feels pretty osolid.
