Not quite as comfortable as a regular mattress, but it's fine to sleep on. Much easier to move around and store than a regular mattress, though. I like the two sides suited for summer/winter. This is a great futon style mattress. The frame is not included and I did not buy a frame for it but it comes with the slots so a frame can easily slide through the cover. I bought it soecifi to slide u set the bed and pull out for when my daughter had sleep overs so her friends can sleep on it and it works perfect for that. This stylishly upholstered mattress looks great during the day and provides supportive sleep at night. The mattress is designed with a heavy gauge spring allowing you to sleep on either side. Finally, a mattress that looks as great as it feels.

Nice quality but be aware that the "aqua" is not actually aqua. It is closer to a denim blue. No greenish hue at all. The quality of the mattress itself is good. Definitely use a mattress protector under sheets before allowing guests to sleep on it. The cover has a zipper but it is not removable and can only be spot cleaned. It is decently comfortable.
