Overall very pleased with this sofa, it is extremely soft plus it is very reasonably priced for its size and look and it was also fairly easy to assemble. Only thing that surprised us was the delivery method since it comes in various boxes at different times, so it was a little bit of a scare when we got notified that the couch was delivered and it was only one (not so big) box, but then we received the rest, instructions are also a bit tricky especially when starting to build but it becomes easier as you go by!. I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

I am loving this bench!! It is on the larger size and that was just what I was looking for. The seating is nice and deep and sits on the medium to firm side with the plushness of the fabric adding softness. It was simple to put together with only 12 steps in total. Recommended to not set the pieces in too friendly of a pet area while building, underneath the fabric the bench is black.. Lucia. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Jun 11 2026

Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see.
