Panel width is the finished width between the first pleat to the last. At least 2X of fabric width are used to make pleats and folds, which are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats for a more elegant and aesthetic look.

These sheer curtains completely changed the look of our space. The faux linen texture is beautiful, and the pinch pleats give them such a polished, custom look without the custom price. They filter the light so softly and make the room feel brighter, warmer, and more inviting. This curtain isn't even close to what is advertised. It's sheer at best, not blackout or room darkening. The photos show how much light comes through and it isn't even when the sun is shining through the window, just daytime. I don't have a light turned on in the room with the package, but you can still clearly read it. That shows how bad this is at any type of darkening. It says the pattern is foil print, but there clearly is no foiling. It's a light sheen at best, definitely not a strong gold pattern/color from foil print. I'm so disappointed in this, especially for the price, considering it's only one curtain and many of the curtains on here are much cheaper. I've tried reporting a problem with this product, no joke, five times, but every time I do the chat completely freezes my computer and I have to restart it. I've never had such a disappointing purchase from Wayfair. When I try to initiate a return, they expect me to pay $5.00 in shipping, but the product is literally false advertising. These added elegance to the bedroom. We have wood blinds on the 2 windows and wanted something nice to filter the light and soften things up. These do the trick! I washed them on a Delicate setting to get the new smell out and dried them on low for 10 minutes. The washing gave them a textured look, like old-school cotton. Love it.. Mary. San Francisco, CA.
