The tile is awesome!!! I have to admit I don’t like the Spanish marble. But my husband got to pick the tile and I picked everything else. The tile however was easy to install and looks really good. Seems durable and wipes clean. I feel I should know my husband is a mechanic and very far from a contractor- so if it was easy for him to do I think any do it yourselfer could benefit from the beautiful look of tile without actual tile. I used this tile to renovate my fireplace and it is absolutely beautiful! I was worried ordering this without seeing it first but took a chance and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Only gave 4 stars because there were several sheets that had a broken andor chipped tile. Luckily I was able to use those sheets where I had to make significant cuts. I recommend ordering at least 10 more than you think you need, tiling with herringbone pattern is tricky and requires more than standard tile in order to get everything cut accurately and aligned - lots of scraps in the end. Gorgeous - it’s a little darker than in the picture from Wayfair but it does photograph darker than it looks. We used a light gray grout for the floor but if I was putting this on the wall I would have gone with white to lighten it up a bit. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. I have been a professional commercial flooring contractor for over 30 years. I went with Mannington vinyl plank flooring because they have the best quality products. I installed the Audra Max in our new home bathroom. The seams are truly invisible. I self leveled the concrete slab and my wife said that this floor is both beautiful and easy to clean. Aside from shipping issues these tiles are great. They are strong and forgiving of less than desirable walls. Watch the videos and do exactly as they say and installation with be quick and smooth. I used these for my bathtub surround and being 68 doing it alone I was able to do it all myself. I did it in two days mostly because I was hesitant about doing it around the water lines. my plumbing hadn't been touched since at least the 50s and had longer bigger pipes than today. Cutting and drilling out the holes was never a problem. I will say though using a utility knife for anything other than trimming edges is difficult. Luckily I had a small table saw that worked great.
