File cabinet is a nice piece of furniture but it was a beast to assemble. It took me six hours to assemble it; two of the six hours could have been avoided if I have secured the cabinet to the wall. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall. It’s a nice bookcase. Directions were correct but drilled holes on cross piece in back were wrong causing the finished side to be down. Cant see it though. Quality nice, color true to the pic. The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. I’ve had this small white three-drawer file cabinet for about two years now, and I’m really happy with how well it has held up. It’s still in great condition and looks just as nice as it did when I first got it.
