The bookcase fits the space perfectly, it is tall and narrow. Still trying to determine what fits on each of the shelves as it does not actually fit hardcover books upright, which is the only negative. I can place the books on their side but can’t fit as many. We purchased this for our nursery and overall, it’s a nice bookshelf. I’m giving it 3 stars because the color in the main picture is misleading. In person, it’s not nearly as rich of a walnut (which was what drove me to buy it in the first place, to match the rest of the furniture in the room) and has more of a grey undertone to it.
