We bought the Diamondback Solid Wood 24" Counter Stool in Mahogany and we LOVE them! I do wish I had bought the 30" inch stools, but hind sight is 20/20, isn't it? You really cannot tell how it would fit without seeing it in person; honestly, it would be helpful if Wayfair put the both sized stools up to the counter in a photo. For now, you have me telling you, that if you are buying this for the Dodge Kitchen Island, and especially if you are putting the wheels on that island which puts the counter at 38" high, consider buying the 30" inch stools, Ok? The Mahogany stools are not as dark as the counter top, but the black would not have matched either, soooo . . . it is what it is; we still love them because they are GORGEOUS !! I couldn't be happier with these solid wood counter chairs! They arrived quickly and were so simple to assemble that I had them ready to use in under an hour. The color is a lovely, warm medium brown that really shows off the wood grain. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort; the slight indent in the seat provides great support, so there’s no need for extra cushions. They are well-built and sturdy enough to stand up to a busy household (and my cats). They’re also very simple to clean, which is a huge plus.
