Rugs are folded up when it's packed and might arrived with temporary creases but it will not affect use. Roll the rug in the opposite direction or steam it to remove carpet creases.

Let me preface this by saying, it’s a very good buy. The “canal” ridges shown in the picture are not representative of what you get.
