Huge, and very stable for being so large. Several options to rotate. Only thing is, everything you do with the umbrella is done by one crank. With the umbrella being so big, its very heavy and that cranking motion does a job on your shoulders and arms. But its beautiful, sturdy and easy to operate. The light inside easy to operate also. I had it professionally assembled. Make sure you have a very heavy duty base for it too. It is water resistant and has been good through a couple of pretty strong windstorm weve had....just make sure to close it at the 1st sign of a wind or thunder storm. So far, I highly recommend.. With inbound summer weather promising a blazing sun and merciless heat on many cloudless days, one reaction might be to cancel all outdoor plans and stay indoors; however, the party can always go on with this exciting California Umbrella cantilever design! The spacious 11-foot octagonal offset canopy is supported by eight aluminum ribs that are conveniently cranked open to provide a wide shaded space. As the sun moves higher in the sky, you can maintain your shade coverage by shifting the angle of the canopy to one of five preset positions using the vertical handle. This cantilever umbrella features a pedal at the base of its aluminum frame that enables you to rotate the umbrella 360 degrees, ensuring more coverage for your outdoor space. A sturdy cross base for the umbrella can either be bolted to the ground or weighted with pavers for stability from wind and weather. When the heat of summer has passed and shade is no longer needed, the canopy can be tied closed and the included protective cover pulled tight over it to defend it from fading and the elements. This umbrella also features Sunbrella fabrics, which are built on a foundation of solution-dyed acrylic yarn, the most resilient and solid material for prolonged sun exposure, to offer an even longer color retention rating than competing material sources. With this umbrella featured prominently in your backyard space, you will not need to worry about canceled summer get-togethers and parties, so order one today and invite some guests to enjoy summer’s outdoor beauty!

Received our umbrella yesterday and it took about 15 minutes to set up. The umbrella is nice and good value for the price. The only part that is a little flimsy is the extensions that go into the fabric. The instructions says clicks into place and mine don’t seem to click they just slid in and are being supported by the fabric. Maybe a design flaw but still usable.. Maria. Apollo Beach, FL. We ordered this umbrella to provide shade over a portion of our above-ground pool so we'd have a place to get relief from the strong Florida sun. It provides plenty of coverage without shading the entire pool, which is exactly what we wanted. The umbrella was straightforward to set up and feels sturdy once assembled. The canopy provides excellent shade, and the ability to adjust the position helps keep the shaded area where you need it throughout the day. We've also been impressed with how well it handles wind. We've had some pretty strong gusts here in Florida recently and kept a close eye on it. It stayed firmly in place and never felt unstable. We've only had it for a short time, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we're very happy with it. If you're looking for a large poolside umbrella that provides excellent shade and feels well built, this has been a great addition to our backyard.. Cindy. Florida. Tue Jun 23 2026

Great price for this 10' cantilever umbrella. It does rotate at the locking handle if the breeze is on the stronger side. That's why only 4 stars. I'm compensating for that by tethering it to my hammock using a dog leash. There is also quite a bit of canopy sway in the breeze, but the frame is sturdy. On a calm day, it's wonderful! You will also need a weighted base.. Lynda. Sebastian, FL. Tue Jul 01 2025

Enhance your outdoor space with our 8ft Aluminum Square Cantilever Umbrella. Featuring a durable frame, premium canopy fabric, and unique handle design for effortless adjustment. Rotate 360 degrees for optimal shade. Note: umbrella base not included.

Love this umbrella! Easy to put together. Just be sure to order a base because it doesn’t come with one. My only complaint is that the Wayfair description online said it included a cover for the umbrella. The instructions that came with the umbrella said you need to buy your own cover. Makes no sense to me. Should come with it’s own cover. I think I’m stuck. Not sure how to order a cover that will fit.. Debra. US. Sat Jun 28 2025
