I absolutely love this bookshelf! It is beautiful, substantial, and looks much more expensive than it is. It adds such a classy touch to my space, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. When my bookshelf arrived, one of the pieces was damaged. I reached out to customer support, and they responded quickly and immediately offered to send a replacement part. In the meantime, I was able to repair the issue myself, although it did take a few hours of extra work. By the time support got back to me, I had already completed the assembly and no longer needed the replacement part. Even so, they were committed to making things right, which I really appreciated. As someone with absolutely no furniture-building experience, I was able to assemble the entire bookshelf on my own with just a screwdriver and some patience. Despite the initial hiccup, the finished product is sturdy, attractive, and exactly what I was hoping for. I am beyond disappointed with the abysmal quality of the furniture I purchased from Wayfair, hands-down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The product arrived in such a deplorable state that calling it “furniture” feels generous—it’s practically falling apart! During assembly, parts were disintegrating, with wood dust spilling from holes and cracks splitting open right before my eyes. A single glitch I could’ve tolerated, but this entire piece is an absolute wreck, unfit for use. To make matters worse, Wayfair’s customer service was a complete disaster. After raising a ticket and calling their support line, all I got was a pathetic email offering a measly 25 discount to keep this junk. Are they serious This is an insult, not a solution.
