I purchased this for use as a sewing desk. I absolutely love it. There is plenty of clearanceleg room underneath the desk. TONS of storage with the various shelves and cubby areas. Very bright lighting but the one minor fault I can find with the light is that it’s just a little too far back from the area where I’m sewing. Overall very happy with my purchase! .. Cheryl. This desk is a perfect fit in the corner of my office. The shelf is holding the weight of my Brother printer. Great desk for a 9 year old. The drawers are fabric, the top one doesn't go in all the way because of the bar in the back.
